Shipping guidelines

Shipping outside the USA will require extra postage, please email for quote. No shipping of any liquids or freon to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the USA.

Return Policy

All returns subject to a 20% restocking fee on the price of the item only, shipping on the item is NOT refundable. No installed part may be returned unless approved by dieselgiant.com. All returned items must first be issued a Return Authorization Number before shipping back to dieselgiant.com. It will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return shipping postage and insure the package against loss with the shipper for the retail value. If the incorrect part was shipped by dieselgiant.com we will correct it and pay for shipping, basically if we made the error we will make it right for you.

If the item was bought with "Free shipping" and it is returned, your refund amount will be the amount less the actual shipping we paid to mail you the part. We always have to pay somebody to ship the item even if we don't charge you extra to do it. So if you return the item you will be responsible for that amount. Sorry no free lunches.

If you gave us an incorrect address and the part is returned back to us, you will be responsible for the shipping charge back to your correct address.

If you order the wrong parts and want to swap them out for the correct ones no problem, but you will be responsible for the shipping of the correct parts back to you.

Parts cannot be returned over 45 days from the time of purchase.

Parts for Euro spec cars are NOT returnable. Order these at your own risk.

If your car has been modified from the stock VIN number and the parts don't fit then the 20% restock still applies. Know your car!

Electrical items that have been opened are NOT returnable.

Sheep Skin seat covers are NOT returnable.

Parts shipped out of the USA are NOT returnable.

Parts that have been attempted to install are NOT returnable.

Parts that we have to special order from our vendors are NOT returnable.

Parts that come in the kits are not returnable separately unless defective.

DIY DVD's are NOT refundable. They are also NOT returnable unless they are damaged and will not play. If the DVD's will not play then a replacement will be sent to you. NO REFUNDS on this item.

Please email me for a Return Authorization Number and the address the merchandise must be returned to.
